This employment contract (“Contract”) is entered into between Qatar Airways and the Employee, in accordance with the laws and regulations governing employment contracts in the State of Qatar.
|Qatar Airways, a company duly registered and organized under the laws of the State of Qatar, with its principal place of business located at Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar (“Employer”) and the Employee, whose personal details are set out in Schedule A attached hereto, have agreed to enter into this Contract for the Employee`s employment with the Employer.
|The Employee shall be engaged in the capacity of [position title] and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to the Employee by the Employer from time to time. The Employee`s employment shall commence on the [start date] and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
|3. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
